Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery is currently available. Shoezhub does not currently advertise prepaid payment.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. A change may be possible before processing, but it cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Shipping and Delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard Cash on Delivery shipping is PKR 250 per order.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days for metro cities and 2 to 6 business days for outskirts or remote areas. Courier coverage, holidays and weather can cause delays.
Sizing and Exchanges
How do I choose the right shoe size?
Use the Shoe Size Guide and compare your foot length with the product's listed size information. Contact us before ordering if you are uncertain.
Can I exchange my shoes?
Eligible unused items can be requested for exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to the Returns and Exchanges policy and stock availability.
