Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Shoezhub may confirm, reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing is clearly incorrect or fulfilment is not possible.

Product Information

Product colours may vary slightly because of screens and photography. We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate and will correct obvious errors when found.

Payment, Delivery and Exchanges

Cash on Delivery is currently available. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are explained in the Shipping and Delivery policy.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Exchange eligibility is governed by the Returns and Exchanges policy.

Acceptable Use and Liability

Website content may not be copied, misused or used to interfere with site operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shoezhub is not responsible for indirect losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. These terms may be updated when operations or legal requirements change.
